The NCCS Knowledge Base is intended to serve as a quick reference point for employees, to guide them through many of the tasks associated with their jobs. These tasks include voice mail, phones, email, as well as several computer applications and systems that are in use here at NCCS.
It is also important to note that while this documentation can be printed, this practice is discouraged. Since the documentation is reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. Printed documentation is subject to become out of date.
